Refund and Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, have physical defects, or if the wrong item was shipped. To process a return, you must email photos of the damaged or incorrect product to us within the specified time frame.
If you wish to return all or part of your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the products by sending an email to info@neolithbeauty.com.
We do not accept returns if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. Upon receiving the returned product, Neolithbeauty will inspect it to verify the claim.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement. If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be sent back to you.
